Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is usually considered a more masculine game, but that doesn’t mean that female pros don’t exist. There is a significant number of women who ‘slay in the play’ of CS:GO. 

Here’s a top 10 list of the best female CS:GO players that have earned the most money:

1. Ksenia “Vilga” Klyuenkova

Having earned a total of $77,956.95 playing CS:GO, Vilga is considered to be the top female CS:GO player in the world. She was born in Russia in 1991 and started playing the game at the age of 27.  

She made her first money from a tournament in 2014, earning a modest $221.04 in the Copenhagen Games 2014. The most she has won is $20,000 when she and her team “Russian Forces” finished first in the WESG of 2017.

During her career, Vilga’s been part of over 15 teams and is currently playing for the Nigma Galaxy since September 2021. Based on 257 played maps, her K/D ratio is 1.09 and headshot percentage 40.9%. Twice in her career, she has managed to win alone against 4 opponents. 

2. Julia “juliano” Kiran

Born in 1993, juliano is no longer active in CS:GO as this Swedish girl decided to pursue a career in Valorant. She left her CS:GO team XSET in September 2021. However, with total CS:GO earnings of $49,550.02, she is still one of the best female CS:GO players to date.

Having played in multiple teams since her career started in 2012, her biggest success has been with Beşiktaş Esports. In 2019, they finished first in DreamHack Valencia, which juliano pocketed $10,000 from.

Julia started playing CS:GO in 2010 and joined her first team O+ in 2012. Based on 252 played maps, her K/D ratio is 1.09 and her headshot percentage 44.3%. Like Vilga, she has won two clutches of 1 on 4. 

3. Diane “di^” Tran

Retired in August 2022, American-born Diane was a top female CS:GO player that stayed loyal to her teams. During her career, she only played for two; UBINITED from 2013 – 2015 and CLG Red from 2015 – 2022.

Having quite a unique player name, di^ has earned a total of $49,410.85 playing CS:GO, with the biggest win coming from WESG 2018. Finishing in first place, she earned $12,000 from this tournament.

Diane was known for being a sniper, using AWP in about 30% of all rounds she played. She especially used it as CT while defending bomb spots. Based on 207 maps played, her K/D ratio is 1.14 and her headshot percentage 39.2%. 

4. Mounira “GooseBreeder” Dobie

The Canadian Goose, or GooseBreeder as the Canadian Mounira goes by, is one of the best female CS:GO players still active today. She was born in 1995 and started playing the game in 2015. 

Similar to di^ and many other of our top-listed CS:GO females, GooseBreeder is playing for CLG Red. She’s been part of the team since 2018, but actually earned most of her $48,062.85 winnings with other teams.

Her biggest success comes from IEM Katowice 2018 and WESG 2019/20 – NA Qualifier, both of which she made $5,000 from. 

Among the best female CS:GO players, she has the highest K/D ratio of 1.20. She is also the only person on our list that has won a round on her own against 5 opponents. Her headshot percentage is 42.5%. 

5. Zainab “zAAz” Turkie

Born in 1991, zAAz was only 11 years old when she started playing Counter-Strike, making her the female CS:GO professional with the longest experience in the game. However, similar to juliano, she abandoned Global Offensive in September 2021 to pursue a career in Valorant. 

Being of Lebanese origin but living most of her life in Sweden, zAAz has earned a total of $46,725.26 playing CS:GO. Her biggest $10,000 win comes from DreamHack Valencia 2019. 

Rifles being her main choice of weapon, zAAz has the highest headshot percentage among the best female CS:GO players; an astonishing 53.6%. Based on 227 played maps, her K/D ratio is 1.16. 

6. Emma “Emy” Choe

Throwing in the towel in August 2022, Emy is a former female CS:GO professional with South Korean roots. She was born in America in 2000 and started playing CS:GO in 2017, at the age of 17.

Having earned a total of $41,640.60, Emy is considered one of the best female CS:GO players of all time. Along with many of our listed pros, her biggest win came from WESG 2018, playing for CLG Red. She earned $12,000 from this tournament. 

With a comparably short career, CLG Red was the only CS:GO team Emy played in. She mostly played with the AK47 and m4a1 and performed well with a K/D ratio of 1.18 and headshot percentage of 45.5%. 

7. Anna “Ant1ka” Ananikova

Actively playing for team flawless, Ant1ka is the second-best female CS:GO player in Russia, and one of the best in the world. She has earned $41,341.21 from CS:GO, most of which was won in WESG 2017. Here, she earned $20,000 finishing first while playing for the Russian Forces team.

Other top performances include a second-place finish in WESG 2018 where she played for Lazarus and pocketed $6,000, as well as IEM Katowice 2017 where she finished 1st with Team Secret and won $3,000.

Ant1ka was born in 1995 and similar to di^, she plays a lot of AWP. Based on 3135 played rounds, she’s been equipped with AWP in 656 of them. Her K/D ratio is 1.12 and her headshot percentage 39%. 

8. Amanda “rain” Smith

Born in 1995 in Canada, Amanda Smith has had great success playing CS:GO, winning a total of $39,530.64 as part of Team Karma, Selfless Gaming and Team Dignitas.

Although she’s considered to be one of the best female CS:GO players of all time, she left the game for Valorant in 2021. Her most recent win in CS:GO was DreamHack Winter 2020 where she pocketed $1,200. Her biggest win ever was $5,000 from IEM Katowice 2018 and 2019 respectively. 

During her career, Amanda did a great job mostly playing with a rifle. Her stats over 191 played maps are 1.11 K/D ratio and 40.9% headshot percentage. She also won 8 clutches playing alone against 3 opponents.

As fun facts, Amanda’s player name “rain” is not unique but shared with another CS:GO professional from Norway; a male one. 

9. Benita “bENITA” Novshadian

With total earnings of $38,429.96, bENITA is another CS:GO drop-out that decided that Valorant would be a better game for her. She gave up CS:GO in August 2020, but even though she hasn’t played since, she is still one of the 10 most successful female CS:GO players.

Being born in America in 1992, most of Benita’s career was spent with CLG Red. Her biggest win of $12,000 comes from this team finishing first in WESG 2018. She has also played for UBINITED and Rugratz.

Compared to other female CS:GO pros, bENITA does not shine with her stats. With rifle being her main weapon, she has a negative K/D of 0.96 and a headshot percentage of 46%. 

10. Jennifer “refinnej” Le

Similar to Emy, American-born refinnej had quite a short career in CS:GO, actively playing from 2017 – 2021. The only team she played for was CLG RED. However, grabbing the last spot on our top list of female CS:GO players, Jennifer Le managed to earn a total of $38,905.60 which is more than most female players. 

Her biggest win of $12,000 comes from WESG 2018, but she also finished first in DreamHack Winter 2020, DreamHack Summer 2020, NEST Pro Series 2019, Copenhagen Games 2019 and a couple of other tournaments.

Born in 1997, refinnej is the youngest female CS:GO pro on our top list. She played mostly with rifle and had a K/D ratio of 1.11 as well as a headshot percentage of 47.7%.
